Application Form

Dear Students:  Before filling the application form please go through the link Code of Conduct and Read it Carefully.
Estimados Estudiantes:  Antes de llenar el formulario de aplicación, por favor lea el Código de Conducta a cabalidad.

    1. Fill up the application on a computer, tablet or mobile. (Llene la aplicación en un computador, tablet o teléfono móvil).
    2. Once filled, email us to [email protected] to check that the application has gone through. (Una vez llene el formulario envíenos un correo a [email protected] para verificar que la aplicación haya llegado).
    3.   Complete the following application in full, * ALL FIELDS ARE MANDATORY. - (Llene la aplicación completamente, todos los campos son obligatorios).

    Rules and Regulations (Once Read, Check the "I accept" box below) - "Inner Heart Yoga & Holistic Institute" *
    • Course Change is not allowed.  
    • You may opt to move to a different housing at your own expense if yo do not wish to stay in the accommodation provided.
    • Refunds for Accommodation or Course are not entertained.
    • Smoking, Alcohol or any Kind of Drugs are not allowed in the housing and studio premisesKeep your valuables in the respective closet locked.
    • I understand that the school is not responsible for any of my belongings.
    • Do not cook Non-Vegetarian Food.
    • Internet connection should be used for emails only - no facebook, you tube, skype video or similar are allowed.  Downloads are not allowed.
    • Silence is a must in the studio premises.
    • You must be present in ALL classes given and take the tests/homework given by the teacher(s).
    • You must not arrive late to any class, the school has the right to terminate my training.  
    • Damage to fragile items will be charged. 
    • Do not wear shoes inside the Shala & Accommodation.
    • Swimwear is not allowed in any of the classes.
    • Posting packages to the school´s address is not allowed.
    • Phones, Videos, and Pictures during the class are STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
    • I accept that the school can take pictures of the training and will share them with all the students.
    • FOR WOMEN - I understand that I Shall wear a proper SPORTS BRA for the practice and shall wear a bra at ALL TIMES.
    • FOR WOMEN - I understand that I should avoid all Inverted Postures while I am on my period
    • FOR WOMEN - I understand that I cannot wear Skirts or Dresses for practice and for all ASANA, ADJUSTMENTS, METHODOLOGY and TEACHING PRACTICUMS Classes.
    • FOR ALL STUDENTS-  IT IS PROHIBITED TO TAKE ANY AYURVEDIC TREATMENTS (such as panchakarma) while on the course.
    • I understand that I should bring all course materials to every class (yoga mat, manuals, charts and proper clothing).
    • I understand that for taking Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga a minimum daily practice of 6 months is required.
    • I understand that shipping any type of parcel to the school´s address is not allowed.
    • I understand that the school has the right to terminate my training if I do not abide by the Code of Conduct.
    • I have read and accept all rules and regulations given by the school and its code of conduct, and will accept any suggestions given by the teacher(s).
    • ​I understand that I should send non-refundable deposit of 50% of the course's fees to confirm my space on the program.

    • No se permite cambio de curso.
    • Si quieres quedarte en otra acomodación aparte de la dispuesta por la institución, podrás hacerlo bajo tu propio costo y responsabilidad.
    • Bajo ninguna circunstancia, habrá devoluciones por acomodación.
    • El fumar, tomar licor (alcohol) o usar cualquier tipo de drogas esta prohibido, tanto durante el curso como en la acomodación. 
    • Mantenga sus objetos de valor en su habitación bajo llave.
    • No somos responsables por sus objetos de valor.
    • No se permite cocinar comida No-Vegetariana.
    • Use la conexión a Internet para correo electrónico únicamente - no se permite el uso de facebook, you tube, video skype o similares.  No se permite descargar archivos pesados, películas, etc.
    • Mantenga el silencio en los estudios, salones y acomodación.
    • Debe estar presente en TODAS las clases y participar activamente en las tareas, exámenes, y prácticas que disponga el profesor(es).
    • No está permitido llegar tarde a clases, la escuela tiene el derecho a terminar su entrenamiento.  
    • Se cobrará el daño a propiedad y objetos frágiles.
    • No use zapatos dentro de los Yoga Shala & la acomodación. Accommodation.
    • No está permitido el uso de vestidos de baño durante las clases ni en los Yoga Shalas.
    • Los teléfonos, videos y fotos durante las clases están ESTRICTAMENTE PROHIBIDOS.   Acepto que escuela se encargará de tomar fotos y compartirlas con todos los estudiantes.
    • MUJERES - Entiendo que debo usar un BRA DEPORTIVO (SPORTS BRA) para la práctica, y que usaré brasier durante TODO EL TIEMPO.  Entiendo que estoy en India y debo respetar las costumbres.
    • MUJERES - Entiendo que debo evitar las posturas invertidas cuando esté en mi periodo.
    • MUJERES - Entiendo que no puedo usar Faldas o Vestidos durante la práctica de asana, ni durante las clases de Ajustes, Metodología, Prácticums de Enseñanza, etc.
    • TODOS LOS ESTUDIANTES-  Se encuentra prohibido tomar tratamientos ayurvédicos (tales como panchakarma) durante el curso.
    • Entiendo que no esta permitido enviar paquetes por correo a la dirección de la escuela.
    • Entiendo que debo traer todos los materiales de estudio a todas las clases (esterilla de yoga, manuales, cartillas, y ropa adecuada).
    • Entiendo que si voy a tomar el curso de Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga debo tener un mínimo de 6 meses de práctica en cualquier estilo de yoga.
    • Entiendo que la institución tiene el derecho de terminar mi entrenamiento si no sigo el Código de Conducta.
    • He leído y acepto todas las reglas y regulaciones dadas por la institución y su código de conducta y aceptaré las sugerencias dadas por los profesores.
    • ​Entiendo que debo enviar un depósito no-reembolsable del 50% del valor del curso para confirmar mi participación en el programa.
    ENGLISH
    • Before you submit this application, you must read and accept the Schoo's Rules and Regulations shown above and also on our "code of conduct" page.
    • When the application is submitted, you are confirming that you have read and accept all rules of the School as described.
    • Remember that this is only an application form, you still need to send the non-refundable deposit via wire-transfer or paypal.  We will require a copy /receipt information to confirm your space in the course.
    • In order to hold a placement in the course, a deposit of 50% of the program fees is required.  Deposits are strictly not refundable.  
    • Parental permission is required for those under 18 years.
    REFUND POLICY:
    • Unfortunately, no refunds are entertained for deposits. If you contact us four weeks before the course begins and wish to come in another date or take another teachers training course that we offer some restrictions may apply and an administrative $150 USD fee will be incurred. The course fees will be adjusted to match the new course that you have chosen. Once the course starts, no refunds will be issued.​
    AS A STUDENT, I WILL 
    • Faithfully follow all instructions given to me by the school director and lead trainers as to when, where, and how to perform/not perform yoga asanas, it being understood that any deviation by me from such instructions shall be at my own risk.
    • Will not hold you, your partners, instructors, lead trainers or employees responsible for any injuries suffered by me caused whole on part by my failure to faithfully follow the instructions of the School Director and its Lead Trainers or by any physical impairment of mine not fully disclosed to you in writing.
    • Understand and acknowledge that I am to receive instruction in Yoga theory and exercise only, and I will not hold you or your partners, instructors or employees to any higher standard of care than that applicable to yoga theory or exercises.
    • By choosing the 'Verify My Application' box, I am confirming my intention to enroll in the TTC course.​
    SPANISH
    • Antes de enviar su aplicación debe leer y aceptar todas las reglas institucionales como se han descrito den el código de conducta.​
    • Cuando envía la aplicación acepta que ha leído y seguirá todas el reglamento impartido por la institución.
    • Recuerde que este documento es únicamente un formulario de aplicación, deberá enviar el depósito (no-reembolsable) para separar su cupo a través de paypal.  Requeriremos una copia del recibo para confirmar su cupo en el curso.
    • Recuerde que los depósitos son no-reembolsables.  
    • Si tienes menos de 18 años, debes enviarnos una carta de permiso firmada por tus padres.
    POLITICA DE DEVOLUCION:
    • Lastimosamente, no podemos hacer devoluciones de depósitos.  Si nos contactas 4 semanas antes de que inicie el curso y quieres tomar el curso en otra fecha, se aplicarán restricciones, entre ellas,  se aplicará un cargo administrativo de  $150 USD y se re ajustará el precio al nuevo curso.  Una vez inicie el curso, no se harán devoluciones.​
    COMO ESTUDIANTE, YO.... 
    • Seguiré a cabalidad todas las instruciones dada por los profesores y directivos en cuanto a como y cuando realizar o no realizar posturas de yoga, sabiendo que cualquier modificación de estas instrucciones será bajo mi propio riesgo.
    • No haré responsables a los profesores, socios e instructores o empleados por cualquier tipo de lesión sufrida durante el entrenamiento por mi falta de seguir las instrucciones dadas por los Directivos y sus Profesores en lo que respecta a cualquier problema físico del cual no haya informado de manera escrita a la institución.
    • Entiendo y acepto que voy a recibir instrucción respecto a la teoría del Yoga y ejercicios, y que no voy a hacer responsables a la institución ni a ninguno de sus integrantes, empleados, directivos y profesores de un nivel más elevado de atención que el que aplica a la teoría y ejercicios de yoga.
    • Al escoger  'Verify My Application' (Verificar mi aplicación), confirmo mi intención de inscribirme en el curso.
