Increase your Backbends

  • Practicing backbends with the help of a yoga wheel will allow you to release tightness in the middle/upper back area. 
  • Most poses use a passive approach and therefore they allow a deeper relaxation and longer holds.
  • Overall a wonderful way to improve your backbends!

Strenghten your Core

  • The yoga wheel can be an excellent tool to access areas of your core that often seem dormant in other yoga practices. 
  • You will learn yoga wheel uses which help increase the upper body strength and isolate the muscles of the arms so that you can practice arm balances with confidence.

Learn New Ways of Relaxation

  • Every class we will access new areas of the body and uses of the wheel which help increase relaxation, access areas that may otherwise feel tight, deepen your breathing capacity, and work on inner and outer balance.
  • Learn how to create a practice that brings you back to your center!

50 HR Aerial & Trapeze Yoga Immersion Workshop
January 17 - 22, 2019

Learn to Safely Practice

Learn basic, intermediate and advance practices that you can easily progress into when practicing with a yoga trapeze.

Learn to strengthen your core, improve your balance and work your fears. 

Backbends & Inversions

Unlike other forms of yoga where we need the body to be ready for inversions and backbends, in this workshop you will easily access inversions as well as increase the range of motion of your backbends and your whole body. 

Take Your Trapeze Anywhere

You can opt to add a yoga trapeze/swing to your workshop.  After the training ends, you can either take your yoga trapeze home, have it delivered to your home address, or you can come back to the studio bring your trapeze to the studio in the open hours and practice!

100 Hour Yin Yoga Immersion Program  - January 23 - 31, 2019

Connect with your Yin Force - the force of creativity and source of stillness.  

In this program you will focus on deep stretch and breathing through yin yoga practices, targeting your mental, physical and emotional concerns.  We focus con the basic principles of yin Stillness, Finding one's edge and holding the postures as well as learning to blend traditional hatha yoga with Chinese taoist philosophy.

When:  January 23 - 31, 2019
Price:  $1159 USD + 18% tax inclusive of course manuals, course charts, tuition, YACEP Certification & 80Hr credits towards 300 HR Yoga Therapy Certification.  Course includes twin shared accommodation.
Single Room:  Add $70/week
Food:  Add $60/week breakfast & lunch, monday to saturday
When:  January 17 - 22, 2019
Price:  $665 USD + 18% tax, price inclusive of twin shared accommodation, course manuals, course charts, tuition, YACEP Certification & 50 HR credits towards 300 HR Yoga Therapy Certification. 
Single Room:  Add $70/week
Food:  Add $60/week breakfast & lunch, monday to saturday
Yoga Swing or Trapeze:  Add $85 USD, swings will be available at the yogi shop.  Home delivery will incur in extra charges.
